What we have here are some poached eggs (in the bowl), sprinkled with salt, pepper and paprika. Multigrain toast, well buttered, and a spinach salad… because I always want something vegetably for breakfast and I’m not allowed to have tomatoes in the house… Sigh. The dressing is oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard, with a good pinch of kosher salt.
